Ellipse

1. Start the tool

Select Ellipse under Draw. A New Ellipse panel opens on the right with a canvas preview at the bed centre.

2. Sidebar fields

Position

X and Y set the ellipse centre.

Size

Set the Width and Height of the ellipse.

Rotation

Angle (degrees) tilts the ellipse before you commit it.

3. Finish

Save Changes or Enter adds the shape to the active layer. Cancel closes without saving.

4. Edit later

Click an ellipse to adjust name, size, rotation, or delete it.

Laser tips

Elliptical outlines cut cleanly as single closed paths. For oval engraves, draw the ellipse then assign a fill or line operation depending on your workflow. Scale and place with Transform.
