1. Activate
Choose Fillet from the Draw group. The Fillet Corners panel opens on the right.
2. Selecting corners
Hover over individual corner handles to see a live preview of the fillet, click to apply.
Fillet Radius
Enter the corner rounding distance in mm or inches. Use 0 to remove an existing fillet.
Fillet type
Pick Regular, Dogbone, or T-bone from the icon row before applying.
3. Apply
Click Apply Fillet to update the geometry. Cancel closes the tool.
Laser tips
Regular fillets soften sharp corners on shapes such as Square, Polygon, and Polyline paths for cleaner cuts and less heat buildup in tight angles. Dogbone and T-bone styles are rarely needed on laser work — stick with Regular unless you are mirroring CNC-style geometry, or looking to add decorative features,
