Fillet

1. Open the tool

Click Fillet under Draw in the left toolbar. The right sidebar opens Fillet Corners.

Selection

On the canvas, click a vector's corner to apply the fillet.

Fillet Radius

Numeric radius in project units (defaults to 5 when opened).

Fillet type

Type Use
Regular Standard rounded corner
Dogbone Outward loop for inside corners — clears material for a round cutter in pockets
T-bone T-shaped relief for inside corners on profile cuts

Select a type icon before applying. You can also hover over a corner to preview the fillet on the drawing canvas, clicking will apply to the selected corner.

Setting a value to zero will remove a fillet, or, use the Clear all button to remove all fillets for the selected vector


3. Apply or cancel

Apply Fillet rounds the selected corners. Cancel exits fillet mode without changes.


CNC notes

Dogbone and T-bone fillets are machining-specific — they compensate for cutter diameter on inside corners. Regenerate affected toolpaths after changing fillet geometry.
